To proceed with the tutorial you will need :
- Computer running Windows 7 or higher
- USB cable in good condition
- Google Account Repair Software for Motorola
- Device drivers for motorola
The first step will be to download the package that contains the device drivers for your device, and also the program that does the repair/unlock ing of your motorola’s google account.

Step by Step:
Install device drivers first!
Make sure your device’s battery is at least 80% charged, and then with the device off put it into FASTBOOT mode:
To put your device into FASTBOOT mode press the volume minus button and the power button at the same time. Ready! the device will already turn on in fastboot mode. depending on the version of the handset note that you will see written on the display just above (fastboot).
Then plug your device into your computer’s USB port, wait for the drivers to install properly, and then open the Google Account repair program:
Enter the access password of the program provided from the text file that is along with the program, then with the device connected to the pc, and enter to continue the repair. Wait for the end and that’s it! the device will restart and will be repaired!
Note: This tutorial should only be used on devices that have been affected by problems with the file system, or Devices that have booted, and had to be formatted and after being formatted, no longer accepted the device access credentials previously defined by the owner. We are not responsible for problems caused by poor execution of the tutorial.
